These T&C apply to all the units/properties owned or managed by Vista Sierra Laguna and/or its legal representatives in Mexico.
Vista Sierra Laguna is ruled by the Federal Mexican Law and in particular to the Estate of Baja California Sur when applies.
Terms & Conditions (T&C) - The Basics
Vista Sierra Laguna is a smoke-free and family-friendly space.
- We have large spaces for recreation, a very good size pool to receive all our guests. We also have space for RVs and services for them.
- Our rates are in Mexican Pesos and all are subject to local and federal taxes applicable to any form of payment.
- To book with us, payment of the full stay (100%) is required, which is refundable if canceled within 15 days of check-in.
- Within 15 days before arrival, the rate is NON-REFUNDABLE, except for the monthly rate, please refer to the cancellation policy of that particular rate.
- We accept your pet and ask for civility and cleanliness for the best enjoyment of other guests.
- The personal data collected on our website and booking engine are protected by the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data.
Cancellation Policy
- Fully refundable if booked the Standard Rate 15 days or more prior to arrival. The reservation becomes non refundable within the 15 days or less before check in.
- Non Refundable rate is not negotiable.
- For OTA's, please refer to them for specific T&C.
- The weekly rate shares the same T&C as the Standard Rate.
- The monthly rate will be partially refundable (50%), between 45 and 30 days prior to the arrival. Within the 30 days prior to check in, it is Non Refundable.
- The monthly rate, if cancelled 45 or more days prior to arrival, will be fully refundable discounting the cancellation fee of 12% from the total.
What to Include in the T&C Document
Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much, much more.
